- Weekly workshop
- Minimum 2, maximum 5 people
- The groups are small so that each person receives personalised guidance and can work at their own pace.
We will cover the following topics:
- types and styles of lines
- scene composition and fitting it on the page
- perspective and volume of buildings and objects
- how to include people in your drawing
- basics of colour
- handling watercolour

This July I attended Gaby’s Urban Sketching workshop and I can only say that it felt far too short. Three sessions that went by in the blink of an eye, were intense and dynamic hours. It was an introduction to the technique of urban drawing and how to work with watercolours. It helped me lose a bit of my fear of architectural drawing. It provided me with a series of guidelines to take the first steps. In September I’m going to keep at it!
